I have a goal to start cooking more healthy for me and my family. I have a large family so I need to make quite a bit of food. Usually it means stopping off at the deli or a fast food restaurant, and that really is not working out well for all of us.
A friend of mine recommended that I get a large pressure cooker for our family. I looked around online for the best best pressure cookers, and ended up getting one from Amazon that is pretty big. I dropped about $200 on it, but I am not too concerned about the price if it helps me make better meals for my family. We probably spend that much on fast food every month so it will pay for itself in no time just in the money saved on eating junk food at McDonalds.
I should be getting it this week so hopefully I will have more to talk about at that point.
