My Bayahibe Excursion

Monday, October 31st, 2011

SeniorNet Hawke's Bay - Links to other SitesOne of the best deals I ever got! I recently went on a Bayahibe excursion booked through one of the popular tour operators in the area. They hooked me up with an all inclusive Bayahibe excursion package which included the resort (wow!) and several day trips out into the area. It also include the boat ride I took out to Catalinta Island which is part of the “Dream Islands” which I can truthfully say they earned their name. If you want to see some pictures of where I went and links to the tour guides I used, try this site as it contains some really useful information and honest reviews.

Be sure to ask lots of questions and let them know what your preferences are when you talk to potential tour operators. You want to work with a company that can customize the trip around what you prefer but can also make good suggestions on things you may not have thought of.

Coach Hire, Hotel Reservation and Catering Services for the Training

Wednesday, October 26th, 2011

We have guests arriving in a couple of weeks and I already called the hotel where they will be staying to confirm our reservation. I also called the coach hire company for the coach that we will use for their transfer from the airport to the hotel. It will also be their official service for their 3 days stay here. There will be training on the new product that our company will release. We produce different kinds of electronics and gadgets. Representatives from our different branches all over the country come here for training whenever a new product is released. I’m in charge of their accommodation so I’m always busy when there are scheduled trainings. The foods and snacks during the training are also paid for by the company. I already talked to the caterer who will serve the foods for the participants. We usually hire them whenever we have events and trainings so I’m pretty sure that their foods will be sumptuous.

Stay in a Villa

Monday, September 5th, 2011

When I was planning my trip to Pollensa with my husband for our holiday this year, one of the first things that we wanted to do was figure out just where we were going to stay while on our trip. We had read a lot of travel reviews online where many people recommended to stay in a holiday villa Pollensa if at all possible. I knew that these would probably tend to be a bit more expensive than just getting a basic hotel, but we were really looking to be able to make the most out of this experience and so we were okay with spending a little extra if we could find a villa that we really liked. That was when I went online to the Villa Vida website, and we were able to find the perfect villa for our trip there and we got a discount on it as well!

Booking a Trip to Faliraki

Sunday, September 4th, 2011

Faliraki is a beautiful town on the island of Rhodes and during the summer months is a very popular holiday destination for young families and children. The town itself has over 5km of beaches and they are all lined by lovely tavernas and bars and restaurants.

When booking your trip you can start with the main travel agents as they do offer good value, but sometimes the accommodation is not that nice so I would always look at booking some more apartments through using private villa websites.

Get your flights booked well I nadvance to save money and this also can apply to car hire Faliraki as operators reward you for booking early. Many websites will compare the costs across all the providers in one go. You actually do not pay extra for this service as it is the suppliers that reduce their costs.

Please have a look at such sites as Car Hire HQ to Compare Car Hire.

Medical Assistant Jobs: the Training

Wednesday, August 24th, 2011

There are indeed numerous career paths and fields, there are a number of different ways you can become a medical assistant administrative, depending on the route I personally do not want to take. The following three options are good for deciding which route you want to be, but it could be like those options. The first is that you could go for training or technical institute: The majority of vocational schools or technical schools offer programs that will teach you how to become an administrative medical assistant. Unlike some university program, professional to detail on what can and what you do not need to know your specific goals. This is a good option when there is certainly potential in your area to get into one of these programs and learn this great skill.

With these vocational institutions, you have to understand that these are very good and practical way of training for being a medical assistant, and eventually qualify for medical jobs in Dubai and United States.

Holidays to Egypt: the Best Views of the Nile

Thursday, August 18th, 2011

Many of Egypt’s most important towns and cities can be found on the banks of the Nile – one of the world’s most famous rivers. The Nile is the heartbeat of cities such as Cairo, which is why the vast majority of holidays to Egypt take place near, or on, the river. Few rivers afford such incredible views on their long, meandering journeys. The pyramids, sphinxes and ancient temples can all be seen from the Nile. But what’s the best way to view the river itself? Some of the luckiest Nile neighbours are the people of Cairo, who take in spectacular views every time they cross the 6th October bridge. This incredible structure is over 12 miles in length and took 30 years to complete. It crosses the Nile twice on its journey across the city and its name commemorates the outbreak of the Yom Kippur War in October 1973.

RV Rentals Get You Going

RV Rentals Get You Going

I wanted to travel across the USA and really see the country. Trouble was, I could not afford to rent a car for months or take several flights to many cities.

So I was left with not going, or…. getting an RV.

I wasn’t sure what kind or how much they cost. I wasn’t sure I would need special driver training or some other skill, to safely use one. I wasn’t even sure when I could get one. With dealerships going out of business, or only carrying a few products, that was a real possibility.

I settled on renting one instead. I could get it right away. They taught me all I needed to know to drive it with confidence and safely. They provided a plan I could afford. They even had new models to choose from.

Great. Now I could go and see the country! I was very happy and ready to have the adventure of a lifetime using an RV rental.

Maybe I will see you out there too!

If You Want Things Urgently You Have to Pay More

Monday, August 8th, 2011

We had just won the inter college drama competition and all of us were very happy. Since we were the best in town we were selected to represent our city in an international competition. We were asked to prepare for the international competition which was to be held in Brussels. Almost all of us were very excited because we were travelling out of our country for the first time. I noticed that Mark was looking a bit sad so I asked him what the matter was. He told me that he did not have a passport so he would not be able to join the others in Brussels. I told him not to worry and that he could get a passport in a couple of days. I told him to go to the passport office and ask them to help him apply for a passport urgently. I told him that he would have to pay a bit more but he would get the passport. Mark thanked me and told me that he would immediately go to the passport office and apply for a passport.

Experience Kenya on Safari

Saturday, August 6th, 2011

If you’ve ever considered experiencing a true African safari, then a Kenya safari will do you lots of justice. There is no better place to go on an African safari like Kenya. In fact Kenya is the mother of all safaris that is why the word safari meaning journey comes from a Kenyan dialect which is the Kiswahili language. There is a lot to see and do in this East African country ranging from several national parks and game reserves with lots to see in terms of wildlife and landscape to white sandy beaches in the coastal areas of Mombasa and Diani. You will get the chance to see the breathtaking ‘big five’ animals, the big cats, small game and various other animals in their own natural habitats. You will get the opportunity to take exclusive pictures of these beautiful creatures which you can take back home with you to show your people.

My Paris Vacation

Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011

For my mother’s 60th birthday, I decided to take her to Paris. She had been to Paris as a young lady and had always wanted to relive the romance and excitement of those days, and I thought it would be the perfect vacation for the both of us. Unfortunately for me, I experienced the worst jet lag of my life. I had difficulty staying awake, and I became very ill. I broke out in a rash and ran a fever. I ended up staying in our Paris hotel suite while my mother went out and enjoyed the city. Every day she brought back souvenirs of her exciting adventures while I lay in bed watching television and ordering room service. I managed to finally get well two days before we were scheduled to leave for home, so I called and changed our airplane reservations to allow me an extra couple of days. Our last few days in Paris were grand, but most importantly, my mother truly enjoyed her birthday gift.

Looking for a Backpack

Thursday, July 21st, 2011

I’m going backpacking through Europe next summer after I graduate from college (I absolutely can’t wait for this drudgery of tests and assignments to be over so I can finally celebrate!) and I’m looking for some gear to buy. I already got my hiking boots upon the suggestion of my good friend who has traveled all over South America with the same pair of shoes. Now, I’m looking for clothing and backpack suggestions. My friend said that there were a lot of good backpacks out there, so it’d really be up to me as far as what kind of backpack would be the best for me. She also said that there were sites and blogs with reviews, so I decided to check those out. One brand of backpack I thought was nice looking was the rei backpack, so I looked up rei backpack reviews and started reading. I’ll probably make my purchase next week, before I have to go back to school.

Security in Hotels

Friday, July 15th, 2011

Almost all hotels in Palm Springs CA have their own security managers or chief of hotel security operations who have their crew of security guards that are in charge of the safety of the hotel guests and its surrounding area. It is a must that the managers and their teams are professionally trained and educated concerning modern threats that the hotel security industry may face. Aside from that, they should know how to appropriately monitor any security technologies such as a CCTV and other integrated hotel security systems. They must also be trained in identifying suspicious actions and behaviors and interpreting body language.

All hotels should have an orderly system in place where they are occasionally updated by the local and national security warning level by law-enforcement agencies. The hotels must be eager to have a constant flow of conversation between their police or state security forces. And with that, they will be knowledgeable enough and will be able to provide the best security to their guests.

Check out Your Hotel First

Friday, July 8th, 2011

You can do that, you know. And it’s a good idea, especially if the hotel you are planning on staying in is somewhere halfway around the world. Once you get there, it’s a little late to find out that you may have made a mistake. No worries, though, you can do your research online and find the best hotel for your needs. And you don’t have to rely on the PR pieces put out by the business — review sites are sometimes your friend. And some people make a point of doing reviews of places they’ve stayed, after they get home from their trips. Between those, and other informational sites, you will not be walking into any sleeping establishment blind. Well, unless it is very small and no one has stayed there yet. Whatever your needs are, though, you will be able to find the perfect place to stay. Just take a little time to look first.

Booking Your Bed and Breakfast Place Online

Sunday, July 3rd, 2011

In case you do not know, you may book and reserve your Bed and Breakfast accommodation online through their websites. You could also see some pictures and photos of the place, and sometimes some videos of the different bed and breakfast facilities, which will then help you with your decision. If you are planning to visit a certain place and you do not want a very expensive place, you could try to search some bed and breakfast facilities online and choose among the list that suits your needs and budget. Another thing you need to consider when choosing the bed and breakfast aside from the facilities and breakfast service is its location. You need to find out that the accommodation you choose is close to your vacation destination. You could also read some customer reviews that will help you with your decision later. Just remember to choose a bed and breakfast that will help you unwind and get up to a new and relaxed morning. Check out San Diego bed and breakfast because they offer one of the best deals in town.
